He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Howard and Elizabeth "Libby" Burkhalter Howard; and his parents-in-law, Clyde and Carmen Alexander Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Crawford Howard; his daughter Heather Prejean (Andre); his grandchildren, Jack and Holden; his great grandchild Wes Howard (Presly); his brother Rennie Howard (Becky); his brothers-in-law, Gary Crawford (Sara), Doug Crawford (Sherri) and Dickie Crawford (Toni); and also, Briley and Cullen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
