With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Harbuck-Royal (Zachary, Louisiana), born in Slaughter, Louisiana, who passed away on September 16, 2021 at the age of 72. She was predeceased by: her former husband Billy Ray Harbuck; her parents, Charles Simmons and Hilda Simmons; her sister-in-law Theresa Simmons; and her nephews, Brent Powers and Lee A. Ross, II.

She is survived by: her husband Johnny Royal; and her siblings, H. K. Simmons, Lola (Harold Powers), Darlene (Teddy Gill) and Donna (Lee A. Ross, Sr.). She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
