He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Hoffman Bouler. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Sandifer (Keith) of Baton Rouge, Michael Bouler and Stacy Bouler of Zachary; his brother Tom Bouler III; his grandchildren, Kelli Wales of Central and Eric Wales of Denham Springs; and his friend Clarie Qualls.
