He was predeceased by: his wife Joycelyn Gary Comeaux; his parents, Joseph Roy Comeaux and Lola Plouet Comeaux; his children-in-law, Darryl J. Ransonet and Lisa Stelly Comeaux; and his siblings, Lloyd Comeaux, Elsie Patin and Edith Hanchey.
He is survived by: his children, Brent James Comeaux (Roxie), Jerome Roy Comeaux, Steward Paul Comeaux (Diane), Jamie Arthur Comeaux, Anthony Gerard Comeaux (Beth), Jacqueline Marie Bardin (Mike) and Shirley Ransonet; and his siblings, Paul R. Comeaux and Gloria Thevenot. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, and thirty- five great grandchildren.
