He is survived by: his children, Russell "Rusty" Patrick Culotta, Vanessa Lynn Culotta Bourque (Steve), Byron Culotta and Colby Joseph Culotta; his grandchildren, Jena Fae Decou, Billy Martin Decou (Karen), Broc Joseph Decou (Ceri), Sydney Faye Bourque and Antonio Malik Culotta; his great grandchildren, Carson Eric Stanford, Lillian Rae Decou, Katherine Elizabeth Decou, Madelyn Grace Decou and Sarah Ann Hebert; and his siblings, Jimmy Culotta, Judy Culotta Simon and John Culotta.
