He was predeceased by: his brother Gessner Morgan Waterhouse. He is survived by: his children, Blair Morgan, Jr. of Winnsboro and Sarah Tiffany Morgan Gautreaux (David) of Lafayette; his siblings, Dotty Morgan Mobley (James) of Winnsboro, Bradley Morgan (Donna) of Deer Park, NY, Russell Morgan (Cindy) of Ruston and Kay Morgan Skipper (Jerry) of Brandon, MS; and his grandsons, James and Noah Gautreaux. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.
