He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Rose and Prudie Counts Rose; his daughter Christina Rose; his daughter-in-law Dorma Rose; his sisters, Lucille Owens and Edna Ohair; and his granddaughter Sarah Rose Lacy.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Rose; his children, Phillip Rose, Frank Rose (Sherry) and Cindy Stidom; his half-siblings, Steve Owens and Sue Owens; his grandchildren, Christina Goddard (Daniel) and Frank David Rose; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas Goddard and Elizabeth Goddard.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a service with a limited amount of guests will be able to attend.
