He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine Watson Maggio and Sam Ross Maggio; and his sister Joanne Maggio. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Ashley Maggio; his children, Tracy Kelley, Ross Maggio and Kelly Maggio; his grandchildren, Sam Maggio, Jyssie Kelley, Hannah Maggio, Manny Kelley, Autumn Maggio and Jasmine Maggio; and his great grandchild Gunner Maggio.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
