He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lucas and Emma Litka Williams; his wives, Janice Adams Williams and Nelda Pirkle Williams; his sister Dee Vomvos; and his daughter-in-law Paula Jones Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Rene Whitmore (Brian) of Atlanta, Steve Williams (Rodger Williams), Claire Navarro (Marlon) of Carlsbad, CA and Joanna Kelly (Janice Williams); his grandchildren, Lindsay, Devon, Ryan, Rusty, Chase, Chance, Clay, Garrett, Gunner, Kaitlin, Caleb, Ashleigh, Reagann, Joshua, Kylie, Zach, Braleigh, Aidan and Ashton; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Natalie and Nicholas; and his nephews, Chris Vomvos of New York, Arthur Vomvos of New York, German Shephard and Hogan.
