It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry Allen (Winnfield, Louisiana), born in Calvin, Louisiana, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Mae Allen; his wife Mary Maurer; his parent Thomas Lee Allen; and his brothers, Raymond Allen and C. A. Allen.
He is survived by: his sister Joy Marie; his child Jerry Lee II (Anna); his sister Joy Freeman; his children, Mary Gallien, Nancy Rieckmann (Dirk), Kathy Fulton (Chuck) and Becca Allen; his grandchildren, Justin Mitchell (Laci), Taylor Gallien Arredondo (Luis), Amanda Fulton, Alyssa Phan, Gunnar Allen and Calvin Allen; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Mitchell, Kellyn Mitchell, Ayden Beason, Kender Beason, Carson Arredondo and Connor Arredondo. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Natchitoches Humane Society, or the Northwestern State University Alumni Association (memo Dr. Jerry Allen).
