We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2021, at the age of 74, George Elton Gunter of Winnfield, Louisiana, born in Lecompte, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Gunter and Maxine Strickland Gunter; his former wife Paulette Gunter; and his siblings, Joseph Gunter and Roxanne Gunter.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Boyett Gunter; his daughter Jennifer Gunter Bruce (Gary); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ford and Samuel Bruce; his brother Benny Gunter (Dorothy); and his nieces, Amanda Gunter Trammell (Alan) and Lisa Gunter Aymond (Mack). He is also survived by several extended family and friends.
