He was predeceased by: his mother Cathy Lynn Fatheree Deroche; and his grandfathers, Billy W. Jordan and Jerry Fatheree. He is survived by: his father James Leyda (Brenda); his grandmothers, Lanell Jordan and Carolyn Fatheree; his former wife Sarah Horsely Leyda; his half-sister Jessica Ates; and his stepsisters, Laura Morgan and Shelby Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
