We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2022, at the age of 89, Vera Lee Harris of Westwego, Louisiana, born in Marks, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Hazel Harris, Sr.; her son Rickey Lee Harris (Louise); her mother Mary Evans; and her niece Lisa Tensley. She is survived by: her children, Annie Grant, Hazel Harris, Jr. (Denise), Dianne Sam, Margie Mae Harris, Charles E. Harris, Cornell Harris (Kim) and Mary Harris Pierre. She is also survived by 37 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
