It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Jules Plaisance of Westwego, Louisiana, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Plaisance; his son Wayne Plaisance; his parents, Luke Plaisance and Elvina Plaisance; and his brother Steve Plaisance (Sheila).

He is survived by: his daughter Diana Plaisance Palmer (Martin); his grandchildren, Jessica Hebert and Jaye Hebert Jr. (Alaina); his great grandchildren, James LaCaze, Bree Thibodaux, Allie Hebert, Hunter Hebert and Andrew Hebert; and his siblings, Roland Plaisance (Gloria), Beverly Becnel (Wayne) and Robert Plaisance. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
