He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Baker, Sr. and Alice Baker Jones; his grandparents, Elnora Baker and Narcisse Jones; and his sibling Charlie Baker, Jr..
He is survived by: his girlfriend Clara Noel; and his siblings, Dorothy Baker Lewis, Henry Baker, Leonard Baker, Narcisse Baker, Maryann Baker, Sherryann Bridgewater and Elnora Delmore Baker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
