Carroll; his children, Joseph Carroll Jr., Jacquelin Jones Soulé, Regina Allen, Constance Fobb and Dionne Carroll Robinson; his grandchildren, Tenaj, Ché, Semaj, Danielle, Nikata, Don Jr., Danté, Jasmine, Steven, Dondria, Azaria and Taraneka; and his sister Fannie McTier. He is also survived by 9 siblings, also survived by 27 great grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
