He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cormier Savoy; his daughter-in-law Terese Savoy; and his siblings-in-law, Whitney (late Margaret) of Washington, Calvin (Rena) of Washington, David (Shelia) of Washington, Ricky (Linda) of Washington, Richard (Betsy) of Washington, Dianna St (late John), Carolyn of Washington, Lenore Barrnett, Melvina Savoy, Dalton Jones and Warren Broussard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
