He was predeceased by: his son Frank Palmer, Jr. (Carita); his parents, Eugene Palmer, Sr. and Julia Odom Palmer; his sister Frances Palmer McCloud; and his godchild Terrell McCloud.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Hilson Palmer; his children, Spencer, Morgan Germany (Yolanda), Dionne Gillard (Chad) and Arianne Lyons (Jabbar); his siblings, Eugene Palmer, Jr., Jennie Palmer Cosse', Freddie Palmer (Mary Lee) and Ernest Odom; and his godchildren, Bernadine Harney and Legend. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
