We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2024, at the age of 52, Christie Lynn Poussard (Westwego, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Leo Poussard. She is survived by: her mother Carmen Poussard; her sons, Jude Foret, Jr. (Phoenix), Dustin Foret (Chelsea) and Robert "Lil Bobby" Bailey, III (Thomas); her siblings, Perry Poussard, Sr. (Theresa), Chris Poussard-Zacarias (Edson), Hollie Fitzhenry (late Kevin) and Mary Poussard (Kelby); and her friend Robert "Big Bobby" Bailey, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.

An advocate for blood donation and giving to charity, Christie Lynn will bless two strangers with the gift of sight by donating her eyes through Ochsner's Organ Donor program, in her last graceful act after her passing.
