Elizabeth Deatherage Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Deatherage of Westlake, Louisiana, who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dragone and Maria Stella Dragone; her husband Alfred C. Deatherage; her daughter Julia Elliott; her siblings, Roy Dragone, Joseph Dragone and Katherine Fairbanks; and her grandsons, Jesse Allen Elliott and Jacob Nagle.
She is survived by: her children, Betty June Davis (Rufus "Ike"), Gregory Elliott, Howard C. Elliott and Wayne Deatherage; her brother Charles Dragone (Elaine); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Deatherage, Robert Jason Elliott, Michael Cormier, Kevin Sheeder and Jeremy Helgran. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; ten great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Hixson Westlake (2409 Westwood Rd, Westlake, LA 70669). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
