The memory of Lillian F. Fontenot of Ville Platte, Louisiana, who passed away on April 17, 2024 at the age of 99, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Madeline Fontenot and Tanzy Fontenot (Addison Fontenot); her siblings, Hazel Whittington, Isola Fontenot and Ronald Fontenot; her grandson Greg Fontenot; and her son-in-law Ed Bertrand.
She is survived by: her children, Vernon Fontenot (Sherrie) of Ville Platte, Ricky Fontenot (Darlene) of Ville Platte and Peggy Bertrand of Lake Charles. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren.
