Russell Rodrigue Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 87, Russell Rodrigue of Thibodaux, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Adam Rodrigue and Nobia Martin Rodrigue; and his siblings, Preston Rodrigue and Verlene Rodrigue Oubre. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Rodrigue, Valerie Rodrigue DiMarco (Joseph), Lowell Rodrigue (Cindy Chaisson), Mary Rodrigue Smith, Adam Rodrigue Roussel and Rusty Joseph Mellies; his sisters, Ruby Rodrigue Lemoine and Verna Rodrigue Gaubert; and his close friends, Leroy Cortez and Melissa Martin Cortez. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the American Lung Cancer Association, American Heart Association or St. Jude's Children Hospital in his memory.
