She is survived by: her children, Joneil Belson and Stellina Belson Pierre-August (Craig) of Sunset; her siblings, Jerry Belson (JoAnn) of Atlanta, GA, Craig Belson (Brenda) of Sunset, Jo Ann Shaw of Sunset, Mary "Sing" Belson Mayfield (Marcelin "Pap") of Lafayette and Linda Belson of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Taylor Broussard, Royal Broussard, Craig Pierre-August, Jr., Aleah Lane Pierre-August and Jasmine Johnson; her great grandchild Danielle; and her godchild Deidre Belson Rideau.
