He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bernard Johnson, Sr. and Dorothy Gibson Johnson; and his sister Jessie Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Rilma Devalcourt Johnson; his children, Rhonda Melancon (William "Yumpy") and Creig Johnson (Tammy) of Sunset; his grandchildren, Hunter and Macy; his sister Patsy Fontenot; his nephew Mike Fontenot; and his godchildren, Vicki Buller and Keith Arceneaux.
