With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pearline Thompson Brister of Sterlington, Louisiana, born in Sikes, Louisiana, who passed away on November 17, 2022 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her mother Evie Thompson; her husband Homer Dean Brister; her children, Mary Beth Brister and Robert Delane Gentry; and her grandson Robby Dean Gentry.
She is survived by: her sons, Homer DeWayne "H. D." Brister (Beverly) of Farmerville and Barry Dean Brister (Tami) of Sterlington; and her daughter-in-law Debra Gentry of Sterlington, Louisiana.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of extended family.
