He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Ross; his close friend Louise Hennon; and his son Bobby Wayne Ross. He is survived by: his sons, Cleatus Owen Ross, Jr. (Vickie) and Rev. Robert Don Ross (Ann); his daughter-in-law Jackie Ross; and his grandchildren, Cleatus O. Ross (Tricia), Tamara Scott, Brian Dehler (Jamie), Maegan Ross, Robert Earl Ross (Holly), Sharon Denise Mangrum (Bradley), Wanda Lea Crum (Ken), Jennifer Nicole Ross, Heather Bonita Gagnon (Kevin) and Nicholas Wayne Ross. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
