She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Farrar and Forrest Cape; and her brother Dick Cape. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Garrison; her grandchildren, Jeremy Blanchard (Brandi Blanchard), Derek Blanchard and Jered Blanchard; her great grandchildren, Jaxon Blanchard, Avery Blanchard and Addison Blanchard; and her siblings, Fran Whyde, John Kemp, Woodrow Kemp and Mike E Farad.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request donations be made in Roxie's name to Life Path Hospice—an organization that provided compassionate care during her final days.
