He was predeceased by: his parents, Justus Haynes and Annie Pearl Haynes; his wife Joan; his former wife Patricia; his daughter Sharon; and his siblings, Wilson Haynes, Laura Kyle and Barbara Robinson.
He is survived by: his children, Melinda Hawkins (Troy) of Mesquite and Jon Haynes (Kelli) of Shreveport, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Madeline Haynes and Jonathan Haynes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorials may be made to International Mission Board (imb.org) or North American Mission Board (namb.net) to honor Willis' heart for sharing the gospel through missions.
