She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Blanche and Oren Lee Collins; and her grandson John Edward Spinks. She is survived by: her children, Ginger, Leslie Chatham (Neal), F. Douglas Harrell (Kathie), Judy Yates (Pat), John Harrell (Donna) and Joanna Strange. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
