He was predeceased by: his father Guy Wilson; and his siblings, J. C., Richard Lee Thompson and Jean Morrow. He is survived by: his wife Gail Walker Thompson; his children, Vicki Chance and Jonathan Thompson (Laurie); his grandchildren, Joshua Chance, Jared Chance (Megan), Georgia and Adelaide Thompson; and his sister Barbara Belrose (Red).
