It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Louis Rougeau of Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Elmore Rougeau and Mary Opal Francis Rougeau. He is survived by: his wife Jane Quillen Rougeau of Shreveport; his son Gregory J. Rougeau; his daughter-in-law Tracie; and his nephew Charles L. Rougeau.
