She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Patrick Case and Jessie Lynch Case; and her husband David Holmes. She is survived by: her children, Charlton Holmes (Deana), Mignon Holmes and Sterling Holmes; her grandchildren, Brooke Holmes Ringley (Seth) and Paige Holmes Wilbur (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Masie Ringley, Dawson Ringley, Millicent McMurry, John McMurry and Oliver McMurry. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of Flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy's name to Shriners Hospital for Children, Shreveport Rescue Mission, Salvation Army, Providence House or St. Joseph Catholic Church.
