He is survived by: his wife Sonia; his children, Johnathon Pagel (Roxanne), Sarah Stewart Nelson and Donald Matthew Davis Hodge (Courtney); his grandchildren, Trever McCart, Kade Pagel, Dustin Stewart, Kaylee Hodge, Destanee Stewart, Mallery Hodge, Isabella Hodge, Easton Hodge, Drew Stewart and Brock Hotard; and also Lance.
