He is survived by: his wife Lottie Mai Burk (Doll); his siblings, Lloyd Burk (Mary) of Rossville and Pearl Carter of Hutto, Texas; his children, Carol Minuitti (Doug) of Burleson, Texas, David Burk, Jr. (Sue) of Shreveport, Louisiana and Scott Burk (Rene') of Shreveport, Louisiana.; his grandchildren, Doug Minuitti, Jr. (Amanda) of Keithville, Louisiana, Kimberly Patmon (Jay) of San Antonio, Jennifer Benthall (James) of Houston, Texas, Courtney Daugherty (Jeremy) of Shreveport and Daniel Burk (Lauren) of Shreveport, Louisiana.; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Aisley, Lilly, Peyton, Leah, Lane, Alia and Parker.
