She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Duell and Bonnie Duell; her brother Bo Duell; and her mother-in-law Mary Pearson. She is survived by: her husband Milton Cooksey; her sons, Chris Ferguson and John Cooksey; her grandson Quinton; her sister Cathy Duell; and her siblings-in-law, Rodger Cooksey (Michelle) and Denice Pickering. She is also survived by nine nieces, three nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries in Cynthia's name.
