He is survived by: his wife Wilma Blood Caswell of Lone Pine; his children, Jesse Caswell of Maine, Cassandra Rogers of Turkey Creek, Tammy Doe of Maine, Elaina Caswell of Maine and Tiffany Odom of Lone Pine; his brother Shelton Caswell of Scott; his grandchildren, Jesse II of Logan, Damian, Solomon, Leighton, David, Katrina, Payton, Veronica, Lucia, Tahlia, Amari and Erica; and his great grandchildren, Brandley, Reagan and Isabelle.
