He is survived by: his children, Rachelle Nichols Harris of Scott and Travis Nichols of Ville Platte; his grandchildren, Steven Cormier of Rayne, Jennie Cormier of Rayne and Lacon Cormier of Rayne; his great grandchild Kingston Fruge of Rayne; the mother of his children Vickie Nichols of Scott; and his siblings, Elizabeth Frampton of Kentucky and James Nichols of Lafayette.
