He is survived by: his wife Debra Alexander Rogers; his daughters, Terracia Rogers Skipper (Brandon) and Terri Rogers-Pierre (Rabrent); his grandchildren, Sebastian Skipper, Rhanel Phillips, Rh'Era Phillips and Gabreyon Phillips; his siblings, Patricia Walker, Lillian Rogers, Hilda Debose, Dorothy Blanchard, Jimmy Rogers and Leroy Williams, Jr. (Ivy); his mother-in-law Audrey Alexander; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Alexander (Jewel), Gail Dalcourt (Henry) and Wendy Alexander.
