She was predeceased by: her parents, Gloria Porter and Harold Lasseigne; her brothers, Lloyd Lasseigne, John Alley Lasseigne, Harold Lasseigne, Jr. and Daryl Lasseigne; her father-in-law Arthur "Man" Gedward, Jr.; her grandson Danny Paul DeRouen II; and her grandparents, Alley Porter, Alberta Davis Fontenette, Joseph and Catherine Lasseigne.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Red" Gedward of Saint Martinville; her children, LaShonda G. Williams (Jermie) of Addis and Deshannon Randall (Jowanna) of Beaumont, TX; her grandchildren, Destinee DeRouen, Payton Williams, Margan Williams, Jule Williams, Deshannon Randall, Jr., Deforrest Harris and Chandler Mogerman; her sister Sandra L. Knatt of St. Martinville; her mother-in-law Elsie Mae Gedward of St. Martinville; her uncle Herman Fontenette of Port Arthur, TX; and her godchildren, Dexter Ambroise and Kayla Fontenette. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
