She is survived by: her children, Carol Hebert (Scott), Deanine Oubre (Tim), Barry Boutte, Jay Boutte (Kim) and Ken Boutte (Julie); her siblings, Micheal Bourque (Tina), Juanita Usie (John) and Elaine Soileau (Dave); her grandchildren, Grant Hebert (Tiffany), Mattie Gautreau (Blake), Jacie Cormier (Chad), Tyler Boutte (Lindsey), Christian Boutte and Kylie Boutte; her great grandchildren, Calli Hebert, Brec Hebert, Jackson Cormier, Hudson Cormier, Grayson Cormier, Bentley Boutte and Angelle Boutte; her grandchildren, Lou Gautreau, Eli Cormier and Rico Oubre; her caregivers, Alyson Champagne, Amy Green and Lacy Guidry; her niece Lacy Bernard; and her caregiver Tiffany Hebert.
