She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Joseph Collins, Sr., Perry Polk, Sr. and Leona Gregoire. She is survived by: her parents, Cardell Gregoire and Ashley Collins Gregoire; her siblings, Makayli Green, Makenzi Green, Dillon Cormier, Kayden Gregoire, Jayla Gregoire, Carson Gregoire, Caleb Gregoire and Matison Gregoire; her grandmother Patricia Martinez (Darren); and her godparents, Kimberly Hall, Perilyn Gregoire, Zachariah Moore and Michael Spencer.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Maddie's Footprints, 234 Rue Beauregard, Lafayette, LA 70508, Pellerin Funeral Home (337-332-2111) is in charge of arrangements.
