He is survived by: his wife Anita Broussard Maraist; and his children, Charles Maraist (Regina), Steven Maraist (Fay), Douglas Maraist (Judy), Dianne M. Judice (Tracy), Valerie M. Dore, Frances M. Henson (Russell) and Laurel M. Eggart (Joel). He is also survived by friends, but through the grace of God, his memory will be cherished and serve as an example to all to what it means to be a husband, father, and friend.
