He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wilkinson and Eula M. Rowe Wilkinson. He is survived by: his wife Celeste Bowman Wilkinson; his children, Jackie Ray Wilkinson Jr. (Rosemary), Kelbert T. Wilkinson (Maria Cristina) and Tamara Wilkinson; his grandchildren, Leonor Wilkinson and Jackie Ray Wilkinson III; and his siblings, Connie J. Bates of Oakland, CA., Howard R. Sr. (Jeanne), Kevin Sr., Keith Wilkinson, Sr. of Baton Rouge, LA, James Joseph of Los Angeles, CA and Derrick Wilkinson of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by other extended family including nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
