Bickham, Sr.; his daughter Dana Rodgers; his sister Cynthia Fitch; his granddaughter Kenlie Jackson; his daughter-in-law Tara Weir Eisworth; his brothers, John G. Theriot and Leslie Oliver Bickham, Jr.; and his family, Karen Vessel, Jameka Williams and Linda Arrington.
He is survived by: his children, Beryl Bickham Eisworth, Jeanette Lastrapes Eisworth, Christi Langlois (Chuck), Jennifer Jackson (Ken), Leslie Russell Eisworth (Rachael) and George Randall Eisworth; his sisters, June Theriot and Mary Ann Morris (Ted); his siblings-in-law, Nancy Bickham and Jim Fitch; his son-in-law Walter Rodgers; his grandchildren, Raegan Stonemark (Ray), Joshua Devillier (Shelby), Travis Rodgers, Dustin Rodgers (Avelina), Remy Eisworth and Cullen Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Ellise Vice, Reid, Maddox Stonemark, Ethan and Zoe Devillier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
