It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Raby of Saint Francisville, Louisiana, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Alvin "Tom" (Marilyn) of Gonzales, Anthony Ray of Baton Rouge, Calvin of Gonzales, Dr. Joyce Elaine (Pastor Bruce Williams) of Gretna and Carol; his granddaughter Latoya (Darnell Guillard) of Kenner; his son Johnnie, Sr.; his grandchild Forty; his sisters, Eleanor Raby Stone of Baton Rouge and Virginia Raby Scott (Albert) of Baton Rouge; and his sisters-in-law, Lucille Holt Raby of Baton Rouge, Oena "Noma" Cooper Pitcher and Inez Cooper Christy. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
