With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Robert Blanchard of Saint Bernard, Louisiana, born in Luling, Louisiana, who passed away on June 3, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Martha Ford Robert; her husband Edward G. Blanchard Sr.; and her father Dewey Joseph Robert, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Edward G. "Jerry" Blanchard, Jr. (Nicole), Martha M. Blanchard and Scott J. Blanchard (Karen); her grandchildren, Jared (Rebecca), Dane (Ashley) and Kellie Blanchard Thibodeaux (Hunter); her great grandchildren, Maren Blanchard and Sutton Blanchard; and her sister Margaret Robert Favre.
