She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Cox-Basinger and Ella May Cox-Basinger; her daughter Julie Rose Crumpler; and her brothers, James Richard and Thomas Earl Basinger.
She is survived by: her husband Benjamin Bailey of Springhill, LA; her sons, Scott Larey of Garland, TX, Mitchell Larey of Natchitoches, LA and James Gosvener; her stepson Terrel Bailey; and her brother Mitchell Basinger. She is also survived by seven grandchildren;two great-grandchildren.
