He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Velma Woodall; his sister Evonne Cearley; his adoptive children, Rebecca Cearley Cook, Clay Cook, Theresa Cearley Christian and Charles Clifton Cearley; his great-nephew Dustin Self; and his nieces, Mary Ann Cowling and Jana Hazelwood. He was also cherished by numerous great nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
Memorials may be donated to the American Heart Association, St. Jude's, Grace United Methodist Church or donor's charity of choice.
