He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Whitman Wagner; and his children, Roy J. Wagner, Jr., Sallie Wagner O'Quinn, Linda Wagner Coulon (Rob) and Daniel M. Wagner (Michelle). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
