She was predeceased by: her husband Antoine; her son-in-law William "Skeet" Galatas; her goddaughter Linda Oubre; her parents, Anthony Michel and Norbertile Oubre Michel; and her siblings, Edward, Alvin "Pete", Edwin, Leroy, Anthony Jr., Johnny, Edna Kliebert, Cecile LeCroix, Eva Mae Troxlair, Irene Milioto Cross and Anna Lee Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Duhe, Carolyn D. Applewhite and Barbara D. Galatas Oubre; her sons-in-law, Michael Oubre and Wayne Applewhite; her grandchildren, Shannon J. Breaud, Dawn Breaud Lucia (late Joey), Scott Galatas (Theresa) and Rachel Galatas Erwin (Guy); her great grandchildren, Whitney Brennan (Brian), Alex Brennan (Marissa), Abbey Brennan (Ronnie), Mallory Brennan, Ryan Breaud, Zachary Breaud, Marissa Galatas and Katie Galatas; her great great grandchild Addisyn Baudoin; her sisters, Irma M. Matherne (late Bob) and Mary M. Audiffred (Bruce); and her godchildren, Dale Cox, Irma Matherne and Billy Michel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
